I finally decided to order the 1st piece of the "Mod Puzzle" today. I purchased a Diablosport Predator for the SS. James at www.RunninWithTheDevil.com has impressed me very much in buying this programmer/scanner. I read many nice things about him in several other forums and saw NOTHING bad about him. They ship with free UPS overnight shipping for $419.00, so I should see it on Tues. (Tracked package and it is on its way).
If you are interested in this product, I would give him serious consideration. I'm not easily impressed, but this guy has me wanting to send him a Christmas card in December!
I will let you know how well it works and any performance gains after tomorrow.

Make sure you post the results for all to see.
If you can - run a dyno before and after. Should see a big difference.

I dont have a Dyno anywhere near here that i know of, But being a gear head for several years with Grand Nationals, I can gauge if there is a SOTP feeling or not.
But i will report anything i find..

Well, In stall the "Supplied Tune" today and noticed a different feel to the shifts. A little more firm. The WOT 1-2 shift now chirps pretty good and the normal cruising shifts feel a little more solid.
I have adjusted the fans to come on a little sooner to keep that LS1 a little cooler.
I am on my way outside to stiffen up the shifts a bit more to see how that feels. I am still a little scared to adjust any of the other parameters due to the fact i have crappy fuel in it now, but that soon will change.
Verdict after 1 day of playing around with it. Two Thumbs Up!
