Nope. Was up really early and had the Zed at Canadian Tire by 6:45 to get the federal compliance inspection done. Passed it Now I can start the fixing/upgrading.
Had to do some catch up at the office before I could get here.

I bought a 99 Zed28 in Texas to set up as a dedicated AutoX/Lap car. This was a one time Canadian compliance inspection. It consisted of confirming that it had DRL's, functional air bags, clear indication that the speedometer was in MPH, and the odometer in miles ...and the monkey wrench ...the child seat tether anchor bracket (which was missing so we welded the anchor in).
I'll also have to get a Manitoba Safety inspection, which is required for new registrations. That's a basic brakes, steering, lights, seatbelts kind of thing. We don't have any emissions testing in Manitoba

Late check in for me. Late night at the bar, but I got to sleep in, then headed to Dearborn today. My appt was late, so I swung down to the Corvette Kings and drooled on the Z06's. They had a 2001 SS on the lot that had just been sold.

I work maybe 2 miles East of the Corvette King. I will drive past it on my way home tonight!
