Author Topic: SLP Loudmouth and Y Pipe Question Travisnd1 2nd Gear Member # 1982 posted                       I am ordering the SLP Loudmouth exhaust for my 02 SS and am wondering if ordering the Y pipe is worth it, or should I use my factory pipe? Gives it a deeper more muscular sound. If need be, I can try taking some sound clips. Just hope you dont plan on lowering the car too much. My y-pipe is about 4 inches from the ground. (never brushed against it though on speedbumps etc.) Congrats on the new purchase when it goes through! But....it sounds great!
