We had some hard rains last weekend in the area, and this guy and his family was on his way back from a wedding. A flash flood washed his van off of I-35 near Emporia into a creek. The guy was sucked out of the window because of the water. All four of his kids were killed, including a little girl they adopted eight weeks ago and their little boy with Downs Syndrome. Three of them were still strapped intheir car seats. They finally found the body of his wife two days later. She had washed two miles from the scene. The guy has already had a couple of press conferences, and he is able to stand there without breaking up and tell people that God will make this good. He has some kind of faith. I swear, everytime i see this guy, i want to cry.
An older guy was also killed in another car, and his body was found in the same place as this guy's wife.
