Nice job! I think I'll do mine that way too. I'll paint the calibers while the wheels are off also. What did you use to polish the pipes?

Thanks, everyone, for the compliments!! I LOVE working on my car, but I need a lift so I can really get after it!!! ....some tools & knowledge might help, too.....hahaha!!!
I used "NeverDull" to polish the pipes -- comes in a metal can -- it's a wad of cotton or something with the polish already in it.....however, the results just aren't blingin' enough for me....when I decide on an exhaust system (probly GMMG), I'm gonna chrome everything under there!! I got this stuff at AutoZone, however Mr. RagSS had suggested WalMart. It would probly have been a h3lluva lot easier to do if I had taken the wheels off.....but.....I'm not to that lesson yet in my "Cars for Female Dummies" book...
The stuff goes on just a little thicker than paint and dries very quickly (especially on skin and jewelry). I put 2 coats on, and this seemed to cover well enough. It really gives that area a sharper look & it should be easier to clean if/when it gets dirty.
