Has anyone put hood pins in a SS hood? I have been thinking about doing it and was wondering if anyone else has done it.

I want to run my SS in the ECTA speed trials next year and that is one of their safety requirements.

Suggestion.

Get a steel hood to modify. Shouldn't be too hard to find. And that will keep the expensive SS hood intact.
