I am thinking of getting the SLP high performance cats and y pipe for my LM. I do not have headers and am not sure if I will go that route. Will I gain anything by installing the cats and y pipe? Thanks

If you are still using the original manifolds and y-pipe and don't plan to install headers, you likely won't gain very much more power by using the high flow cats. I believe that SLP has a direct bolt in 3" y-pipe that will replace the factory one and it bolts directly onto the factory cats.
