Hard to believe that my son Ryan turned 23 years old today!I told him that he must be doing something right since I was shown the door when I was 18. I wonder if he will remember that I bought him a set of Weld Rod Lite wheels for his 1979 Camaro back in July,so he won't be thinking that I have a gift for him!

I was about his age when I got my first Camaro. That Berlinetta of his sure is cool. I would love to run it down the track once.

I too would like to run it down the track! I have driven it ,but just easy.It is awesome fast for a car that still has some bugs to work out of it.You really have to hear the sound from this Camaro. It has one of the best sounding exhaust I have ever heard.

Mike, you did not see the car at Camaro Superfest? It barely made it there since we were still putting the front clip on early that Friday morning. We had some severe ground clearance issues with the big 8qt Moroso oil pan and the small block springs,so we had to use the spacesaver spare tires from his S-10 SS and my Sonoma to give it some ground clearance. It looked bad so I told him to throw the slicks on the car and we will put it in the Competition Class. It worked,Ryan got a second place!

What exhaust is on it? We have been thinking about changing the exhaust on our son's Netta.

The engine has Hooker Supercomp ceramic coated headers with 2" primary tubes. There are 2 Series Flowlaster mufflers and a custom bent 3" aluminized exhaust that a local muffler shop did for $250. The 2 Series Flowmasters were necessary due to their dimentions,to allow room to tuck the 3" tubes under that car. They actually fit!One nice thing is that these aluminized pipes polish up real quick and look great!
