Sweet Bob! Are you going to install it yourself? If so you are welcome to come over to use my air tools and torches to heat up the old one if you want to save it.

I'm going to try and do the install~~hopefully the old one should be to hard to get off, it's only been on for about 1000 mi. Oh well I guess it's back to polishing. this time I think I will do it off the car!

You may need the heat to separate the over the axle pipe that way it does not need to be cut.

blkragss02, I had the D/D on mine and it wasn't too easy to get off. I had it on a lift and tried to take it apart at the muffler. The clamp was on so tight, even heating it it took awhile to get it apart. Mine was only on 3 months. Spohn Performance did it for me. They only charged me $40.00. It was well worth it. Good Luck. I see you are getting the oval tips. I didn't care too much for them. And #150.00 is too much also.

I ended up heating and prying for over an hour, being real careful not to bend anything out shape. Then - frustration took over and I cut the over axle pipe! It's a stock piece that can always be replaced.

Can I see the premium tips anywhere? I am interested in chrome oval tips with rolled edges. Not the hole system, just the tips.

You can see the tips at GMMG's website. They will only sell the tips if you've bought the exhaust system.

Yeah but,the pipe may be crimped where the clamp was.
