Motor Trend gives a quick run down in their latest issue on what to expect:

24 valves, still pushrod operated, with two intake valves per cylinder operated by a forked rocker and one exhaust valve.

6.3 liters making around 500HP at 7000 RPM. The engine can be punched out to seven liters if need be and rev to 8000 RPM

The engine will appear in the next ZO6, probably in 2005.
