Author Topic: How do I take off my 02 SS A4 Shifter Knob? Travisnd1 2nd Gear Member # 1982 posted                       I just got the new A4 Shifter Knob that MBA offers and I dont know how to take my stock knob off?? Remove the staple in the back side of the handle with a small screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers. Pull handle straight up. Place new handle on stem and replace the staple.
