it was incredible. Unbelievable. Absolutely awesome. However, a few small points...
1. The other two movies ended with a Rage Against The Machine song. This one did not. Not cool.
2. Special effects... there are no words, in any language. Just go see it.
3. Plot... interesting, a continuation of the christ-story, and a total inversion of where everything started. Note the Oracle now wears Yin-Yang earrings, symbolic of unity of opposites. Interesting.
4. Ending... wow. All I can say. So unexpected.
Go see it. Its great. Wonderful. Fantastic. Sweet. Dude. Sweet. Cool.

The effects were incredible, but the storyline was very weak, and all the "god" references coulda been left out. Very weak ending. You would think they could have put some effort into the storyline and ending, and not just into the effects. JMO

I think it was pretty perfect to me...it answered most, if not all my questions. Revolutions was by far my favorite of the Trilogy. I think they kind of leave it open at the end that maybe down the road have another trilogy. Hard to tell. But for right now, it was a good end.
But in the first movie, they state that Agent smith is a 'gatekeeper' and keeps everything in order. IN the second movie, because Neo 'entered' his body in the first movie, that he has changed and can replicate. And now in the third movie, he is Neo's opposite. Just kind of sounds loose to me, although I agree that being his opposite would make more sense. Ah well. AWESOME MOVIE!!!!!!!

He IS neo's opposite in the second movie, but he is just coming into power, just as Neo did in the first. So basically, what happens in the first movie is mirrored (although inversely) in the second and third, which are really the same movie divided up into two parts.
And while there are great similarities between the story of christ, neo, and the usual "god" references, there are also a great deal of references to unity of opposites, yin and yang, and punch and counterpunch.

Not to mention the effects and importance of chance, fate and choice. In other words, the "chaos theory".
Very interesting movie, very definitely a two thumbs up for me.
