I picked up my SS from Legendary Motorcar this afternoon, with it's new roof and SFC's (I'm poorer, but happier camper). LMC did a fantastic job.

I drove the SS home for the first time with the Don Goetz SFC's and Tunnel Brace installed. One word describes the difference in the car - WOW! [Eek!] I never would have believed how much more rigid the car feels, and now all the squeaks and plastic rattles are gone.

Here's a link to an album showing the before and after pics:

Looks great as always! Is that common practice for them to put the car in the showroon when it is completed? Very nice facility. [Cool]

I'm not sure. This is the first time they displayed the car out in their front showroom. Last year they put it with their other cars in a large enclosed showroom off to the right as you enter.

It was a nice surprise to walk in an find it sitting there.

Those guys do terrific work. The car looks great!

Mine should go under "the knife" next week. They will be replacing my roof halo. I can only hope they do a good job, but they are covering it under warranty so I wil not have to pay for it. I wonder how many more F-Bodies have this problem?
