This week is flying by! One more and then we're done. It's down the hump from here. Have a great day friends.
Had a blast curling yesterday. It's a lot more fun to do it live than to watch it on T.V.

Morning all, it's a bit chilly here. 19, a far cry from the 54 we had yesterday.

Morning all .......... have a great Thursday
The picture of the day ................ nitromethane is a dangerous and volatile substance ................ and drag racing is a dangerous sport ................ and sometimes the results are tragic.
Pictured below is one of the legends of early drag racing ........... the late John "Zookeeper" Mulligan and the Beebe & Mulligan fueler which became known as "The Fighting Irish" ................... not long after this picture was taken at Indianapolis, this car suffered a disasterous clutch failure rupturing the block and severing the fuel lines ........ a flaming inferno followed .............. before the NHRA Safety Safari could get to John he had suffered massive burns over 90% of his body ................ he died 17 days later in an Indianapolis hospital
Drag racing is a "spectator sport" ................ but always remember the risk the participants are taking ............ and remember that they take those risks because "they are doing it for love of the sport"

G'morning! Two weeks 'til Christmas. Where does the time go?
Closed the deal on a '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland last night. Pick it up next week.
Also learned some Jeep trivia. The 'Overland' name was derived from the 'Willys-Overland' company name. Willys-Overland built the first Jeep (Willys MB) for the military. Posts: 2359 | From: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada | Registered: Jul 2001

A balmy -24°F here right now. Crossing a bridge on the way to work I see the downtown skyline with the sun just starting to rise behind it with the crystally haze of a freezing cold morning hanging overhead ....one of those beautiful sights that just can't be captured on film ....
Y'all have a great day,eh Posts: 4222 | From: Winnipeg MB CA | Registered: Feb 2000

Getting tons of rain dumped on us, but it doesn't look like it'll wash away all of the snow - still have piles 4-5 feet high.
Have a good one!

Good afternnon! Raining here today. Maybe we can get rid of the mess and I can get the Z06 out of the garage!
Can't wait for tomorrow! First cast comes off my arm and I hope the pins come out. Then smaller cast and a few more weeks of healing!

So did you get a bottle opener installed in your cast?

Do you ever feel you didn't get done what you should have in the week. Work related.
After a Sat morning of bidding houses, a late Friday of work, and a MSU game at 2pm on sat. Sunday comes and goes. TOO FAST . Then you have to face reality on Monday.
When are the dam car shows going to start. These short days are killing me!!!!
