Ken are you planning on attending the Eastern Michigan Camaro Club Christmas Party tomorrow? My wife and I are hosting it again. We need a final count on how many are going to be there so we can get enough food. The club and the racing division are paying for a lot of the food.Everyone is bringing a dish to pass around and a $10 gift to exchange.Hope to see other EMCC members on this board there as well! Get well soon Ken! A few people did not make the party due to the flu.I certainly don't want it.We do have some left over beer, so if you get over the flu you could still have a cold one!

What's the difference between winter tires and regular tires??
(you can stop laughing now.... )
No difference in tires I have on my cars now.In the old days we would actually have a set of studded snow tires installed on the drive wheels to help with traction in snow.Todays tire technology is good for all season driving, unless you have a set of drag radials or ET Streets.

Actaully todays perfomance tires and such aren't as good in the winter as actual "winter tires" The rubber in them then to get 'harder' and thus you lose traction. It's also better to have skinner tires on in the winter to help dig into the snow. THe winter tires I have are AWESOME in the snow. Last saturday I drove 3 hours in a snow storm and was fairing better int he snow than most trucks! Also the tread pattern is different as well, and able to dig and grip better.

Right now that is the same weekend as another Camaro Show that I have attended each year for the last 4 years.Unless something happens with the date for that show,I may not make it to BG.
