Well our weather man was a little off. Said we would get 4" yesterday - at my house we have at least 10 - 12". I guess with all the modern technology there is still room for human error.
Have a great day friends. I'll be out shovelling for a while.

G'morning! Still veeerrryyy cold here, -4 F with a windchill of -22.
We didn't get a lot of snow yesterday (about 2"), but with the frigid temperatures it turned the roads into skating rinks. My usual 25 minute drive home turned into a 70 minute drive last night. Still a lot of ice on the roads this morning.

What would we talk about if it wasn't for the weather?
Y'all have a great day, eh!
Yeah, so true.
My wife was telling about an Australian lady who started in her nursing unit a year or two ago. This lady was laughing at Canadians' obsession with the weather. Seems weather is not an issue in Australia. Within six months this lady would walk into the unit and all she could talk about was the weather...just like the rest of us.
Cold again here...another balmy morning at -24 deg F.
