Welcome Friday - it's been a strange week here for sure. Hope to get some R & R this weekend.
Was hoping to start on the headers but it seems like the wife has some "other" plans for me.
Oh well, there's always next weekend.
Have a great weekend friends. Play hard, be safe

13" of snow at the house this morning ............ Bah, Humbug !!! Y'all have a good day ............. we'll be shoveling snow
The picture(s) of the day .............. Dale Emery in Rich Guasco's "Pure Hell" fuel altered ............. the beginning of the run looks normal, but the end was a little different ........... I quote Les Welch who took the bottom photo ........
"The accident at Fremont. The steering wheel came off and Dale Emery was just a bit helpless .... it had rained quite a bit in the preceding days and this ditch got kinda full. I talked to Dale earlier this year and he said it was pretty lonely there upside down in this ditch ..... he said he was wondering whether to hold his breath a little longer or to start breathing water! He finally kicked out the floor pan and was able to get out.
The worst thing that happened was the ambulance attendant kept trying to tug his helmet off, not realizing the strap had to be undone. Dale said "I thought he was going to tug my head off!" Of course his face mask was still full of water and he couldn't breathe ....... finally Tony DelRio slugged the ambulance attendant and cut the strap to Dale's helmet. The attendant showed up later at the hospital trying to find out who slugged him, but everyone told him it would be better if he just let it go ....... you didn't want to mess with the DelRio boys."
