Good morning! No frost today and all of the snow is gone. The weather reports say that tomorrow and Friday we may get 1-2" of rain. That won't be good with the frozen ground! Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

The pictures of the day ............. the name Darryl Greenamyer is more known in the National Air Races arena than in drag racing ....... bringing up Darryl conjurs up memories of F8F-2 Bearcats with Smirnofff sponsorship ....... of P51-D's named Strega and Dago Red .......... but this speed freak also had to have a taste of top fuel racing back in the late '60's ............ this beautiful car was of course sponsored by Smirnoff and was immaculate to the point of being like a show car ............. but Greenamyer never did anything "half way"

Had to do some creative water works this morning. One of our gutters on the back side of the house is sagging and overflowing (made worse by a LOT of rain), making a huge puddle near the foundation. It was dark this morning when Steve left, so he wouldn't have been able to mess with it. I had to use my garden cart as a catch basin and tip it just so with a brick under one wheel to divert the water to a ramp that takes it away from the foundation. This will work until we can get to Home Depot this weekend for a proper fix.
