Just noticed this today, it's behind my line of sight when the door is closed. From the top of the rubber weather striping to the leather insert in the door, plastic is cracked. Gapping open about an eigth of an inch. Was wondering if it has anything to do with when I roll my window down the panel nudges my leg, moving inward just a touch when the window goes all the way down. Anyone know what's going on? And what will it cost to fix it?

Having the door frame move when the glass is all the way up or down is pretty normal. There are door panels for sale on ebay. From a dealer they would be very expensive. You may be able to repair yours, but without seeing it I would not know.

Well, they ordered me a new inner door panel, when they get it they'll pull things apart to see what's wrong inside. They said as long as the find a mechanical problem inside the warranty should kick in.
