It happenned Saturday April 24th. A local radio station in Kitchener/Waterloo has a poster boy campaign. The mornning Radio DJ Brian Burke is living on a billboard for one week to raise money for the brand new Cancer Treatment and research center that officially opened last Friday. I posted at out local car club an idea that we should cruise down as a club and make a donation to help support and maybe our presence will attract more support. We had 7 members sign up from KWFobdy and one member brought 5 more members from Toronto Fbody! Together both clubs combined for 15 cars and $300.00 donation to the center. We had the best car convoy heading down, side by side 7 cars deep, through town. Very inpressive Especially with 5 SS cars in formation. . We certainly shook the neighbourhood and city for the good!
Way to go Kitchener Waterloo FBody and Toronto Fbody Motorsports. It was an awesome night we just may do it again next season! What a way to kick off the season!
