Gooood Morning everyone. Yesterday was wonderful, high of 80 with a nice mild breeze. I hope y'all have a great day. Play hard, play safe. Oh yeah, last night I bought a 496" short block for the pro streeter so Millie, I may have the car at BG yet. I am working on a combo that should run 9's on the motor.

The picture of the day .............. the Gitthens & Allen Camaro funny car stages at Dallas in 1970 (colorful, ain't it) ........... the car staging in the foreground is the Firebird funny car of Don & Roy Gay (we'll take a look at it tomorrow) ............ an F-Body shootout, and a division 4 shootout to boot

Good morning! I think this is the first time I posted most of the week. I was trying to figure out how to NOT get that stupid virus. ObSSd helped me out yesterday and last night, so I am good to go again Thanks Cy!

Mornin' all. We got the final title papers on our yesterday Closing costs ended up matching our earnest payment exactly (well, we would have owed $3.xx but they credited it to us to make it a zero balance).
Yer welcome, Steve. Glad to help out whenever I can.
Nice pics Dan - what happened to that black SS (with the dents in the quarter panels)?

Panhard bar?!?!?
That was Jesse from the Hoss gang in Maryland's car. He spin twice in "the boot" and almost saved it but backed into the tire barrier right in front of me. It was interetsting to watch. His panhard rod got bent, his Borla got wrapped arounf the panhard rod, he got the small crinkles but overall, not too bad. He even got another session in. We checked the alignment and it wasn't bad. Then his clutch quit! So I let him take the Z06 for a session. His SS has similiar HP and he his suspension is not stock in the SS. What really impressed him was the brakes!
It was a good time and his car is not bad. The funny thing is, when he came back in and we were all standing around and assessing the damage, he got pooped on by a bird. Never touched any of us and never touched the ground. Just on him! Remind me never to take number 13!!
