Greg will you quit making me sick that I can't come this year. You know I have not missed one since 1998. If my ship would come in and I could find the $$$$ I would do both shows and tell work they would just have to live with it.

Mike, I did not know you cannot make it this year. Sorry to hear that. Well, if anything changes, you can still register later. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

Greg the WCC and CCI International show in Hampton VA is the second weekend after Superfest this year but as you know the show starts long before the weekend. If I went to Superfest bye the time I got back home from Michigan I would work 5 days and leave again for another week on the road which would mean 2 weeks off work with no pay as I already used my vacation time up this year and alot of spending money for that many days in motels. As you remember I did that last year and it was just hard to do.Last year I put 4,000 miles on the SS during 4th vacation. Hope some of you get to the International. If I was not a state rep for WCC I would come there more than likely

I know exactly what you mean Mike by the money part of it. Every out of town show cost hundreds or dollars after gas, food and hotel. I may have to scale back out of town shows this year too.

I would really love to go to the Hampton VA show but Superfest never fails to be a Super time! The autoX event on Friday sealed the deal with me this year. So many great shows and so little money! .

Seems like finances are hitting everyone a little harder this year. I have been to Superfest beginning in 95 and only have missed in 97. That is until this year, work has been slow but has picked up recently and requires a lot of time with each house start up. Looks like we will have 3-5 starts in the coming weeks. If there was a way I could get away I would but this year it is not possible.
Hope everyone has a great time at one of the premiere Camaro events of the summer.
Greg, I will see you at Camaro Mania in a few weeks.
