It arrived!!! My SLP windshield banner from Mr. OrangePeel (aka Scott Goldsmith)!!! .....and here is the chronicle of the installation:
First, get some alcohol (let's see if Mr. 35TH ED/ed can pick the correct one...)
...assemble the rest of the tools....then wipe the windshield with the alcohol and the white cloth....
...pinch the banner in the middle so you can tell where center is....
....fill a spray bottle with water & some car shampoo and spray LOTS of it on the windshield so the banner will slide around easily as you position it...
...then peel off the backing & smooth out the bubbles with a credit card...
....and VOILA!! ....enjoy the beverage as you admire your handiwork!!

Banner looks good. For some reason I always thought they went on the inside of the windshield. Posts: 465 | From: B'ham, AL | Registered: Sep 2000

I think we just found a task for Miss Millie in B.G. (Before she hits the kool-aid though)
We'll set up her mobile decal application booth next to D. Goetz and his parking lot SFC/STB installation facility. At this rate we'll have an SSOA mobile customization team hard at work at the event!
