Good afternoon, fellow Firebird Friends and Camaro Comrades.............
Thought you might be interested to know that Chevrolet and Cadillac have announced that we are now an official supplier of vehicles at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. We will feature Corvette Z51 Coupes, Corvette Z06s and Cadillac CTSs at the school starting in January of 2003.
This agreement will compliment our agreement with the Justin Bell GT Motorsports Experience which we also sponsor in West Palm Beach, Florida. Justin Bell features the Camaro SS as well as Corvette Z51 and Z06 as official vehicles.
For those of you who have not experienced a Performance Driving school -- I highly recommend it! With the performance and power that our Camaros and Firebirds have on tap, it is important to learn proper driving techniques.....not to mention "defensive driving." It may be the best investment you've made on your Camaro or Firebird......and save your life to boot.
CTS & CORVETTE OFFICIAL VEHICLES OF BONDURANT DRIVING SCHOOL . . . GM today announced it has signed a four-year agreement to become an official supplier of vehicles to the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Phoenix, Ariz., and that the new Cadillac CTS luxury sports sedan and the Chevrolet Corvette, the American performance icon, have been chosen as official vehicles for use at the school. "This is yet another tangible sign that there's a renewed emphasis on the performance aspects of our vehicles at GM today," said Steve Shannon, GM's executive director of marketing services. "The Bondurant School is world-renowned for its high-performance driving curriculum, with its graduates including many of the top race drivers in the world. Choosing the CTS and the Corvette as an official car to be used for instruction at the school speaks volumes about these cars' performance credentials." GM will supply 28 Cadillac CTSs, 16 Corvette Coupes and four Corvette Z06s to the school to be used, starting in January, in exclusive new high-performance driving courses on the school's 1.6-mile road course.
