Good afternoon, Camaro/Firebird Friends..........
I know many of you are curious about Bob Lutz -- and how he's changed the way business is done at General Motors.
Below is a link to an interview on Edmunds.com with a look at "GM's Car Czar" that I think you'll find informative and inspiring. As many of you know, I'm glad he's here and pleased that things are changing at warp speed.........
(I'm also glad he and I agree on his comments about buying American vs. Foreign!)
The key will be to change customer perception of not only the cars, but the dealerships as well.

I still say if the dealerships really cared about potential sales from customers then they will do what they can to ensure that hospitality, customer relations, and service is put first. This would help with customer satisfaction and subsequently the buyer would return for future sales.
Also I will never buy any type of foreign made vehicles even if they are made in the USA.
Just my $.02

he says the C6 will "suck the doors off the viper" and they have more tricks off there sleave. I can't believe this HP war is going on and there isn't an Fbod in the middle of it.

I agree killabee. I am sure though that GM is working on a new FBody. Hang in there. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003
