While reprogramming my computer i shut the ing. key off and lost all the programming. I could not get it back. I sent my OB computer to Superchips and the programmer and they fixed me up. They were Great and they only charged me for the return shipping. They claim even if your dome light comes on durning programming this can blow the program out of the water.
