Does any body have the rear deck mat from SLP? I just found it on the SLP web site.

http://www.slpeng.com/common/frame.asp?url=/REAR_DECK.htm

Can you still get the floor mats from them? I would like a new set for car shows.

I think you can still get it???? You might have to call SLP and order it. I remember that there were three options...1. it can just say Limited Edition...2. you can have your build # underneath "Limited Edit..." 3. or you can have yuor name underneath (Limited Edit..."

I would say 15 to 20 of us have the rear deck mats. SLP should have them along with the floor mats.

I tried to order the rear deck mat from SLP the other day and was told they hadn't made any for a while. I was wondering if I had been misled since they are offered on a link right on their home page. I was able to get new Comp T/A floor mats though. They should make the car look a little better for the car show season. If anybody has any info on the deck mats let me know.

Keep bugging them, the rear mat is sweet!

They might need to have so many orders to be cost effective again though. [Confused]

Unfortunatley, KenC is right. SLP wants 25 orders before they will have more rear deck mats made. Is there 25 Comp T/A owners out there who do not already have the rear deck mat?????

Maybe someone knows the real scoop about floormats, rear deck mats, and embroidered headrests. I really need to know if each of these were options or any of it was basic package stuff. P.S. What about the horsepower decals on some 1997`s I`ve seen on the web? [Confused]

I know for a fact No Comp T/a came with the deck mats stock, Those were introduced by SLP After the production run. The floormat's I really have no clue about, MY car has them, along with the headrests. My car also had keyfobs but a previous owner "lost" them.

Jake is right on the rear deck mats.

The floormats were optional. My car has them but they were not original. My key fobs were not with the car when I bought it. (Second owner)

I purchased my rear deck mat about 2 years ago now. Possibly 3 actually.

I thought the headrests were dropped from the line but now that is in question apparently.

The HP #s on the hood were not offered. GM made SLP stop putting them on the hoods of the Firehawks in 94 I believe. Those that have them have been added by the owners. I have the WS6 "ram air" decals on my hood. I added those myself. I change my engine mods too often to keep the HP #ers updated. LOL [Big Grin]

What year and # car do you have again Prez?

The option lists changed from year to year. The 95s having the most different option lists of the 3 years.

I appreciate the responses! I have a 96 with an auto and the tops. I need to actually visit my car to check the car # ,it is in hibernation still. I live in Cleveland and Mother Nature is forcing winter on us for a while longer. My biggest question is how come I have not one piece of S.L.P. sales brochures that even makes reference to embroidered headrests??? I even had Reg Harris send me sales literature he had sitting around in his office and still I see nothing!!! [Confused]
