Just wondering if one of us lowly v-6ers can feel welcome among the hot rods on this forum? I absolutely love my ride - 96 Camaro v-6 'vert (3.8). Have done some minor mods (k&N, Flowmaster, tinted windows, Accel 9000 + Bosch Plats - real PIA - Mobil 1 faithfully). Bought the beast in Feb of 2000 with 18k, now have 52k miles. Wash at least 3X/week - wax at least 1X/month. My wife thinks I'm crazy! As soon at the temp outside gets near 50 (49, 48, 47, etc.) the top goes down, the windows go up, the heat and jacket goes on and I go out! Sorry this message is so long but I just wanted to say this looks like it's going to be an excellent forum and I hope it's not elitist - it doesn't appear to be and that's great!

Welcome topless brethren! I had a '91 RS 'vert until I traded last fall. When do we get to see a pic of your RS?

Thanks for the warm welcome! A tall cold one for all of you! In re. pix: unfortunately the one area where I'm living in the stone age is in the camera department - don't have a digital but I might be able to get access to one sooooo possible photos soon.

Thanks for the cold one! (Its hotter than h@ll down here right now). It sure was tasty, LOL! You probably already know this but I thought I would mention it. You can scan pics and then upload them from your PC. I just changed to www.webshots.com its free. If you don't have a scanner. Walmart will develop 35mm prints and put them on a CD or disk. Then you could upload them.
