When I had my top replaced about 2 1/2 years ago due to vandalism, it was about $1200 installed.....

i did the opposite and put 95SS seats in my 96TA -no problem as long as the tracks do not get bent. If they do you can usally get them aligned by hand tightening the nuts on 2 studs and pushing on the seat until the other 2 drop in place.

The WS6 TA seats (at least the 6-way articulating ones) have air pumps and electronics that you'll need to look into.
There's a pair of black hoses that run out from the seats to under the carpet (I'm guessing to an air pump) to control the inflation of the sides/lumbar. There's also an electrical harness that runs from the seat controls on the sides to under the carpet (not sure where it goes after that).
Just FYI - good luck with the swap, I'm sure you'll love the new seats even if you don't get powered ones.
The good news is that you can bolt them right up to the existing rails in the floor for any seats/models '93 and newer.
