Hey there,I plan on getting the MSD 6 BTM ignition module (I plan on supercharging in the future), and Im wondering a couple things.
1) With a supercharged application, do you all feel that the 6 BTM is really that beneficial over the 6A?
2) Is it necissary to get a new coil (like the MSD blaster coli) too?
Thanks! -George

A new coil is not requiredThe BTM model is better cause it comes with a variable boost timing retard module, the 6a does not. Boost retard capability is a very good thing to have on a SC car
My SC kit came with a ignition module, inline pump, FMU and other goodies. Unless you know your kit won't come with a ignition module - I wouldn't buy one, else you may be stuck with 2. -------------------- 94Z M6 Ragtop, Supercharged, Ported, Cammed, Lowered, Borla, Headers, ZR1's,315's, G-Force KD's, suspension mods, appearance mods, mods on mods, etc.....See the Project
