Do 10.5" wide Z06 wheels fit all 'round on a Camaro? No problem!

The car sits ~2.5" lower than stock, and a 1LE PHR keeps the axle centered (it's off just 2mm). No rubbing even at full lock, and the tires clear the outer fender lips. As the tires are the same front/rear, I can rotate the tires.

you must have like 1" clearence to your bumpstops - or did you remove them?

I like the fact you can rotate your tires, what are you running 295's?

Any wandering problems?

Bumpstop clearance? Sufficient. About 1.25 at the back, a touch more at the front; I measured about 2.25" of upwards travel left at the front, 2" at the rear. With high spring and shock rates, and rear air bags, the car does touch the bumpstops, but it is not harsh.

I can navigate mat any Safeway or Save-On parking lot without scraping the SFCs. That's high enough from me.

275/35's. This matches the stock diameter. Any taller and they will rub at the front. Any wider, and you'd have to roll the rear outer lip for clearance under full compression. The max rim width for these tires is 11".

The Yoko AVS dB's are designed for a smooth quiet ride, and the soft sidewalls must help in minimizing the wandering problem. Back-to-back with the 245/50/16's, they are not bad, but then I have 7 deg of caster, which also helps. They are far far better than my 275/40/17 Dunlop SP4000's (on 17x9.5" C4 wheels) at stock ride height and alignment, which produced white-knuckle lane changes on some roads.

Sweet! It looks great. Is the car Pewter? And are the wheels the stock Anthracite color? Where did you buy the wheels?

The car is pewter, the wheels are silver - it's hard to see, but those are the factory Z28 centercaps snapped into place.

I got the wheels from Performance wheel outlet. In a nutshell, the wheels were a bit wobbly out of the box, so they had to be repaired, and they messed up on the billing and shipping of the wheels. Not a pleasant company to deal with. Look elsewhere.

I've talked to this guy, a sponsor over at the corvette forum, and I'd go there next time.

I love the (repaired) wheels, but the process was painful. I would've posted this sooner, but I was giving the owner/manager of PWO a final chance to respond. It's been over a week, so I guess I have his answer.

Thanks for the heads up Dave. I am sorry about the hassle you had with the supplier. I am going to try the geocities link again later. The server must be busy now.

I have been trying to decide from the factory color anthracite, chrome, or the silver. So it looks like factory color or chrome are the best choice right now. I believe Steve2000SS got his chrome wheels from xtreme and he recommends them also.

Your ride looks good!

Are these ZO6 rims the stock offset and backspacing? I am looking to buy OEM ZO6 rims and I just want to make sure they will fit on my car, at least the stock rear rims, without a hitch.

Thanks.

These replicas are stock offsets and widths.

The Camaro is heavier front/rear than the 'Vette, so the wider front tires & wheels make the handling more neutral compared to having the small-large wheel combo.

I went looking for the widest front tire/wheel combo, then matched the rears.
