just lowered and added the Z06 chrome wheels to my 2002 SS vert.

That's awesome!!! I love the ZO6 wheels. Are they 17s or 18s? What kit did you use to lower the car?

I'm pretty sure they are 18s. We also used the tires from a Z06.

Eibach springs. Rides a little bouncy, but it looks good!

That looks very good. I think he means that if u use lowering springs u should use shocks that match. Alan

That's what I meant - higher rate shocks are needed for higher rate springs. A bouncy ride is a sign of being underdamped. The factory shocks installed on these cars are pretty soft from day 1.

anyone know how long the factory shocks are good for? When/If I replace it will be with the SLP Bilstein (the entire system) but how long will these stock Decarbons last?
