My thanks for the welcome e-mail, showing the new SSOA members. It's a priviledge to now be associated with this organization.
Our new SS is the first Camaro we've ever owned, figured if I was ever going to get one, I'd better do it now. We've had three T/A's ('73 SD455, '74 400, and '77 Blackbird) and four Corvettes ('61, '66, '72, '77). The only other SS's I have ever owned were a '63 SS Impala, and a '69 SS396 Chevelle.
Again, it is a pleasure to become a member of SSOA, and my thanks go out to all the volunteers that make this organization a reality.

Welcome. My current 1999 SS was my first one as well. I am mostly amazed but the people I have met since getting it. You don't just buy a car when you get one of these.
