Yes, the wife and I are now finished with all our payments and both cars now belong to us. We received free and clear titles for both cars last week and does it ever feel great. No more payments. We plan on keeping both for quite a while. I'll probably start with a few goodies on the SS soon. Planning on a Magnaflow catback (love those tips), a lid, and a few others. Yesterday on the 98Z I had the cooling system flushed, put in new coolant, coolant level sensor and new belts, it's pushing 70K miles and runs strong as ever. The 99SS just went over 50k miles and is running great. We really love our f-bodies even more now that there both ours.

Congrats! That is a good feeling having paid off the cars! I have 4 car payments right now(1997 30th Anniversary Z-28 Z4C,1998 Cadillac Catera,1999 Cavalier Z-24,and my 2002 Brickyard 400 SS)and can't wait until they are all paid off so I can buy a new Silverado pickup and sell my Ranger! Congrats on being debt free! Only a couple of years left on our SS and a few on the '69 and everything in the garage will be all ours. Then we will have to dig ourselves out of the garage debt and turn around and do it again when we build our house...... Posted by Thom Mackesy (Member # 264) on :
