Howdy out there,
I am interested in striping up my 97 and was curious if anyone out there had any experiences with the different stripe kits available. I have looked at Stencils and Stripes, and at Phoenix Graphix and there is 40.00 difference in price. Just wondering if there is that much quality difference in the kits out there. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,97LT1SS

Click "edit" ... the icon with the little pencil ... and you can fix the spelling. [Smile]

IMO don't do tape you wont be happy. I've have had many vehicles striped and would not think of any thing else. For me I can have a full size extended cab done for $125 the striper would charge others 25/50 more. [Smile]

If there's a choice, I'd go w/Stencils & Stripes.

Go with a painted stripe and use a stencil kit. The results are cleaner and less worrysome for upkeep.

Agree, ...stencils are the way to go. Base coat stripe color, ...and clear over, ...you'll never have to worry about them. [Cool]

Unless you're uncertain of the stripe, then a decal is the way to test your idea first.

or even cheaper... if unsure, use Photoshop to see which one you like [Big Grin]
Then get the real thing.
