I put a SLP Loud Mouth on mine. Best bet is to hear the cat back if you can to see if you like the sound.
Borla also has a nice one also that you have 3 plates that can be changed/Will give a different sound. A little more expensive though.

I love my Corsa. But that's me. The Corsa is expensive tho. Badrag does have the best advise tho. It's better to listen to them first. I also like the GMMG exhaust as well. Again expensive.

You need to hear them in a car like yours ... body style, transmission and rear gears .... From the outside, and especially from the inside ...at speeds you tend to travel.
I have a Spintech Pro Shootout 4441 muffler on a Mufflex Style single concealed pipe system. It works for me.
I didn't take my own advice and didn't get it right until the 4th try.

It depends what you want.... I have the SLP CME on my car and its nice and mellow.... in fact it's just not loud enough for me. So... I think the plan is to switch it to a GMMG. I want it LOUD... since I don't drive the car much it doesn't matter how loud it is... my rational is a muscle car should be loud!
My dad has a matching 02 SS. I work with Corsa on some stuff for GM and it has an awesome sound! Plus you gotta love the premium tips... I bought it for my folks as a suprise.... their saying (corsa) is wisper quiet at cruise and awesome sound at full throttle.... I'm starting to sound like I'm in sales again.... anyways I really like it. In the end what you should get depends on what you want to spend and the sound your looking for....

I have a flowmaster muffler, plus a DMH electric exhaust valve mounted on an exhaust cut-out pipe located under the passenger side back seat. I located the switch for the valve in my ash tray. When I want it quiet (well as quiet as the flowmaster is)I close the valve. When I want it loud, I open the valve. I would recommend you keeping your factory muffler, and get the DMH valve set-up too. The valve, switch, and the cutout pipe is around $200.00. You can get an exhaust shop to weld the pipe in for about $50-60, and install the switch yourself. Not only does the car sound good with the valve open, but you will get a boost in performance. I picked up 2 tenths in the quarter with the valve open.

When I put on headers, I'll need to look for something besides the LM. I have it on now but it may be too loud with headers. Of course I will also put in an electric cut-out.

I just had a GMMG system installed on my SS with SLP CME. I LOVE IT! I do not drive the car everyday either but if I did the GMMG would not be annoying. The GMMG has an AWESOME muscle car sound. I am planning on headers in the future so I look forward to hearing what it sounds like then.

GMMG all the way! I've had mine for about htree weeks now. I absolutley love it. I wasted $1K on the 345 package with the dual/dual setup. It sounded like my father's Oldsmobile. Now the SS has some real snarl! Nice rumble at idle, and screams at WOT. Go for it. Worth all of the $700.00 cost. Posts: 20 | From: Glassboro, NJ | Registered: May 2002

I went with the Corsa and it looks and sounds awsome. If you are going to the Gathering in September you can hear virtually every exhaust system known to man in one place. I'll be there, I'd be glad to let you hear the rumble.
