Okaaaayyyyyyy.....as this sinks slowly to the bottom of the page....

I guess no replies means no one's called the Continental to set up the bloc....soooo....I'll do it as soon as I get home today. [Smile]

Why do I feel like I'm talking to myself??? [Confused] [Big Grin] ....is there an echo in here....here....here....here....? [Razz]

This is pretty far in advance. i think most people are consummed with the holidays. i think last year, someone started with the reservations in around January or Febuary. when they have a free moment to think straight. [Wink]

but if you would like to do that, that would be Great [Big Grin] thanks

I always book far in advance. Heck, I booked everything in November last year for the SLP CAD in California, in April, that got cancelled two weeks before the event [Frown] But, we still went and had a great time. I just get WAY TOO EXCITED!!!

Once the Block is set up, it's important to call the Continental Inn and specify that you want to be in the SSOA Block. People failed to do that last year, so they cancelled the block due to non-participation and we all ended up scattered around the motel.

I think it also depended on who you talked to when you made your reservation.....I KNOW I told them to book me with the SSOA block; called back about 2 weeks before the trip to confirm......a girl (not Linda) COULDN'T FIND ME ANYWHERE!! She gave me another room, supposedly in the SSOA section; when we arrived in BG.....they couldn't find THAT reservation, either!!! [Confused] [Roll Eyes]

I'll try to keep up with everybody & double-check that we're all in the same section!
