Ok, where's all the good stuff?
I'm thinking about going (a little late!) and need to know details. Caravans from my neck of the woods?, where's everyone staying and are there any rooms left?, etc.
This is what I've found out so far:

Note that the 2003 date was changed to Sept 19-21 and SSOA Thursday will be on the 18th.
I've started an SSOA Thursday Attendee List.

Please respond in this thread if you want to attend SSOA Thursday in Bowling Green, KY on 9/18/03 and I'll add you to the spreadsheet.

We have room for 80 people, giving preference to SSOA members

Last year gracious Teri took precious time out of her day to create a member map so caravans could be planned for the BG trip.

Is there an initiative for an updated map for this year's trip?

I have some new SSOA members to add to the roster. After I do that, I'll make another member distribution map so you all can see if there are others in your area.
It'll be up to you (collectively, not personally) to take the initiative if you'd like to get a caravan together from your area. I'll be happy to give you a list of email addys for the people w/in your area and you can take it from there.

I'd love to see us get the group participation award again this year.
