Good morning Firebird Friends and Camaro Comrades...........

You may recall that I made a challenge to everyone who attended the Fbody
gathering in Bowling Green last September.....

I challenged everyone to bring two friends with their cars...because I
wanted to see at least 1,000 Camaros and Firebirds in one location (other
than Ste. Therese) before I die! (not that I have any plans to do so at
this point in time..............)

One lady stood up in the back of the room and said to the effect: "If we
get a 1,000 cars here next year, will you quit smoking?" (the pressure is
on! I have the Zyban on order..........)

The answer, of course is yes.

For those of you who need more info, check out www.corvettemuseum.com --
and click on Fbody gathering....it is September 20-22......

(for those of you thinking of caravaning.....there is a thread on SSOA.net
with some info. on already-established caravans.....)

Tom Henry Racing, and, of course those dealers currently offering the "SuperCar" Camaro.
WCA has issued a challenge....they're giving $1,000 away to the clubs that show up

I hope you'll make plans to join us as we wind down the 2002 Show season with one huge Camaro/Firebird Weekend
with friends from all over the U.S. and Canada...........
