I doubt many of you remember me, but my name is Zane Merva. I was at the event last year driving one of the silver brickyard convertable SSs.

Anyways, i'm going to be there this year of course! I'll be flying in on Wednesday just to have some time to relax and aimlessly wonder around or helpout Scott as much as i can.

I'm excited for the event! I can't wait!

I remember talking to you at the go-kart track on the Thursday.. Weren't you involved Silverado SS website??
Anyways I am getting excited to leave as I only have one more sleep before I depart.. I am looking forward to seeing and meeting some new faces as well as catching up with some old friends..

well i was thinking of flying down on friday night but i dont know what to do. i wont have a camaro to drive while im down there. and that kinda sucks!

so ill see what prevails over the next few days. if i can come up with some plan of action...

We'll have our cell phones on and will leave the #'s at the front desk of the Continental Inn (it's the hotel that's at the frontage road to the Corvette Assy Plant). You can ask for our room # at the front desk (or any of us SSOA types). Bring your FRS 2-way radio and tune it to Channel 3, Subchannel 8.

Gonna be an awesome event! A phenomenal weekend to hook up with everybody again AND meet a whole bunch of F-Body enthusiasts who I missed last year or who are first timers this year at the event!
Since there are people now who are departing tomorrow... would EVERYBODY... PLEASE... take your time and use your good judgement on the road so that we all can arrive safely without incident - and get home after the event in the same fashion!!
