I store my Camaro during the winter and recently recharged the battery up to the green eye.
When trying to start, all I'm getting is a clicking when I turn the ignition....it's not turning over but rapidly clicking and with each click the sensor lights blink....Any clue as to what this is?
I've also tried jumping it with the same result...

Honestly it sounds like the battery is just plain dead. I have heard people say turn your lights on and try jumping it since it will...(i don't know the technical term)...but reach down and grab the electrolite that hasn't been used to allow it work etc.....Like I said, I don't know how true this is.
I would just put a different battery in it, just to see if it starts. (i.e. take it from your other car if you have it.)
Just FYI. I changed the AC Delco battery in my Toyota truck and the light was green and it didn;t start.

Put a volt meter on that battery and see if it is even at 12v. You also may have a bad cable connection.

Just a guess, but maybe the starter is locked up with the flywheel. Get under it and tap the starter with a hammer while someone else turns the key.

When turning the key to the start position and all you hear is multible clicking,that is low voltage and if you have a green eye in the battery,that only represents one cell in the battery.I think its time to purchase a new battery.Good Luck.

IF a car battery is allowed to go into a deep discharge state, the electrolyte will "sulfate" and will thereafter not hold a charge.
The clicking you here is the starter solenoid closing, but there is not sufficient amperage in the battery to turn the starter over. One way to tell is to watch the interior light. If it goes really dim when you turn the key, the battery is not producing!!
This happened to me with a brand new battery once and I wound up tossing it.
