Anyone have it on an LT1? Heard its alittle differant sounding than on the LS1. Any input? Thanks.

I think the main difference in sound is because the LS1 has a different firing order than all the other SBC.

Thanks, I've heard terms for the LT1 as more Throaty, Raspier and darn right loud. Guess i'll find out soon enough, the brown truck is due anytime...

A friend has the LM on his 97 30th anny. To give you an idea how it sounds:
Last year we drove up to SLP CAD at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. I was in FRONT of him with my ride at the time, my 97 LT1 Z28. (the SS was still being built) I couldn't hear my car, but I could hear his. It is loud and nasty in other words. An LT1 with the LM sounds like a friggin' racecar.
