Who has the best pricing on Eibach lowering springs for F-bodies?

Honestly, most of the places will be comprable. I know that places like TByrne have good deals on springs like GP's often, you might want to try getting in on one of those.

Just my opinion, but I would not lower my car if I had it to do all over again, there is just not enough clearance now with my BMR torque arm and cross member piece (about 2 inches) If you do lower your car email me with how much you want for your springs. mrflyboy@optonlin.net

If the car is lowered about 1 inch, I do not think there are many issues with doing that. I believe the SLP Bilstein setup results in about a 3/4 to 1 inch drop.
However, if you want to lower an f-body a lot (say more than 1.5 inches) then be prepared to get really involved with your suspension. You will have to correct the alighnment and will loos the ability to get more than about negative 0.6 degress of negative camber without replacing the upper control arms on the front. You will also get soem bump steer.
At the rear, you will need LCA re-location brackets to correct the LCA geomerty. Without this correction the rear ride quality will deteriorate to where an ox cart has more compliance (been there).
You may also have to install an adjustable torque arm (and potentially the rear transmission mount) to correct the pinion angle so that the drive shaft does not vibrate like a banshee.
The end links on the anti-roll bars should also be changed to correct the anti-roll geomerty.
And as has already been noted there will be ongoing clearance issues.
Having said all that, I have a rather lowered car, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Along with all the other changes I have made to the suspension, the improvement in handling is really something. However, it has taken me quite a while and a lot of work to get rid of all the demons, which has now been done.
BTW, mine is a daily driver, that is parked on Chirstmas Eve, and comes out again on Christmas Day.
