I'm buying a GM SS spoiler from an individual soon. How can I tell if it's a real GM part and not one of the fakes? I'm guessing there is a part # on it somewhere. If so what is is? Thanks!

For 1996-1997, the Camaro SS spoiler part # is 10778703. For 1998-2002 it's 12369968. Not sure where it's located but probably where it's not visible once mounted.
