Received mine a few days ago.

The plate frame was broken though.

The rest of the stuff was okay. Put the static decal on the windshield.

Teri,

My broken frame was not a result of anything you did. Therefore, I am very willing to pay you for the part+shipping. Please let me know what the cost will be.

Thanks...

No cost for this one.....this batch was really brutalized by the P.O. this time. So far, that's 7 breaks out of 43 sent. I only had a handful of breaks reported for the first 600.

Just send me your address and I'll get another one in the mail.

Teri,

Just received my replacement license plate frame in perfect condition. Thank you! The "Fragile - Do not bend" message worked!

It just so happens that I was out in the drive taking off some Z5 when the letter carrier was making the rounds. He went up to my mail box ( which is narrow if you recall ) put some regular mail in and approached me with the envelope with the frame in. He said "It says do not bend and wont fit in your mail box." I told him what had happend to the first plate frame and he asked where I would like oversized envelopes to be left. I said "Just lean them up against the front door if you don't mind."

Thanks again for for the replacement frame Teri.

Glad to hear it, DT.

We're nearly out of large envelopes, so I'm looking into some rigid mailers to use instead(links below). Opinions welcome.

S-918 : 9.5 x 13" Jiffy Rigi Bag #4 200/case

* Finally - a mailer that won't bend, crease or fold!
* Insert material and fold over self-sealing flap. No tape or stiffeners needed.
Stiff fiberboard and sturdy kraft construction provide rigid protection.
* Tear strip opening.
* $77.00 per case

OR

S-623 : 9.5 x 13" Self - Seal Corrugated Mailers #4 200/carton

* SELF-SEAL
* Excellent cushioning for parts, shipments, diskettes and photos.
* Flexible, fluted corrugated for easy loading.
* $80.00 per case

Teri,

The first of the two mailers looks good. $0.40 a piece, that's a fair price.

Thanks, I think we should still use the bubble wrap for the plate frame, in addition to the rigid mailer, not only for protection of the plate frame, but to keep it from creasing the Letter of Authenticity.
