Original Topic: Between 2000 and 2500 rpm I hear this Tinny, Metallic, Vibrating Like Sound. The sound began after adding Whisper MAF ends 600 miles ago. I did not remove the center post from the MAF electronics. (The car also has a Whisper Lid and K&N filter. Which was added before the MAF ends). The sound can be heard in every gear. Let me clarify that the sound is coming from the intake, not the transmission. Other than the strange sound, the car runs fine. I do not have access to an AutoTap. Any advice is appreciated.
Update: This morning I removed the Whisper MAF ends and re-installed the stock pieces. The sound is still there, but it is very faint compared to before. It appears that what I have been hearing is simply Intake Noise. Dohhh!
