I'm getting completely fed up with Speakeasy, the company through which
we're getting our internet access and email

Their DSL is fine, but the
email hassles and crappy support, (I've been on hold for over an hour at a time, 5 times in the last 2 days without ever reaching anyone) have just become too damn much to continue to tolerate.

I'm considering getting Comcast cable modem access as I already get
their cable TV stuff. Anyone have any experience with them for Internet
service, either positive or negative? I'd really appreciate the feedback.
