I also wanted them to look at a noise in the front right suspension I sounded like the Shock or wheel bearing was going out. He says "that wont be covered, We do cover noises on an extended warrenty" I say "ok then we will just wait till the wheel falls off at 60 mph then well bring it in

We talked for a bit. When the car was done I went out to pay the $50 deducutable and Dick was being a little rude still, he must have gotten yelled at? I said LOUDLY "I would not expect this type of service from a Chrysler 5 star service Center, He says "this is the best Chrysler service in town" I said "YES AND IT IS ALSO THE THE ONLY ONE IN TOWN" He says "Have a nice day" I say "you too Dick" ------------------
