it usually takes 4 people to stand her up!
Good luck getting the angel up there. You'll get a nosebleed from the change in elevation.

I got one for you...
Several years back, my father-in-law and I were on a hunt in New Mexico. We found two BEAUTIFUL Blue Spruce trees and thought it would be nice to cut and bring home for Christmas. We worked like hell getting those two 12 foot trees cut, hauled from the mountain and roped on our camper for the 700 mile ride home.
OLD GAL was thrilled to have such a wonderful tree and it fit just fine in our family room.
However, the other tree wouldn't fit in the 8 foot ceiling at the in-laws house.
We arrived Christmas Eve to see that the Mom-in-law made it fit. She cut four feet off the TOP instead of the bottom
OG
...from the time I buy the tree from the lot to the time it's in the stand with the lights on waiting for the Wahine to decorate it is about 45 minutes...one hour tops...
...if I had to spend more than one hour messin' with the tree it would drive me absolutely berserk...
...of course if I was snowed in, had a roaring fire in the fireplace, a scantily clad Santa's helper and a reasonable supply of Toddies I might feel differently...
