I wish GM would do something like that with an FBody for 2002.

I think Chevy calls it an "SS". But I agree, it would be nice to have brakes, SFC's, and seats to go along with the hood, spoiler, suspension and wheels.
I'm just curious, I know that if you have to ask, you can't afford it and I can't.

No idea - you'd have to ask your Ford Dealer, probably at the Fleet order desk.

The one remaining '68 (the twin used in the movie) is still hiding in a barn in Kentucky.
A marketing tool that GM should have established. GM could released a special edition every 2-3 years. It would have garner ed media attention and keep the car fresh in peoples minds. Look at how stale the fbods are right nothing new. Nothing to keep the medias attention. Every body keeps looking to the future saying wait for the end come
Also a Special Edition should be special. It should be something that you can't add (easily) in the aftermarket world, like specialty paint jobs, and has enough performance mods to back up its apperance mods.
How cool would the '30th anniv TA been if it came with 1LE stock. Instead of it being just a sticker pkg. Imagine a Termenator 3 SS with A Gun metal grey flake paint job with black Stipes and the engine having GMPP or SLP performance heads, headers, lid, and maf.
That wouldn't cost much to do, and would get some huge advertising. People would want the bad ass car the saw in the movie unfortunatly there was only x amount made so the closest you can get is the standard SS.
GM if your reading this its all about the advertising.

Years ago I remember seeing the movie car from Bullit for sale in the Dupont Registry.
If I had the money then -it'd be in my garage in Windsor, Ont. Oh well.
Still a great flick!!
